fitting dump valve

Default fitting dump valve

hi real quick question...getting rid of my forge dv and going back to standard. can someone please tell me which way the arrow on the valve should be poiniting when its fitted - towards the intercooler or away?

cheers - p.s may have a forge dv for sale lol....

cheers mate. would u recommend using the standard valve rather than forge dv?

I used to have a Blitz one (was on the car when imported)and was fine for a couple of years but soon started causing the car to stall when coming from high revs,low gear to stopping at junctions,the idle statred fecking up,gearchanges were very jerky (no ,not my driving style ).

Changed to the standard one (cost about £10) and all the above stopped.

i had that with my blitz one on the mr2, they start to leak past the piston, really screws the engine up.
With regards to the DV, use whichever makes you smile. If the forge is screwing with the engine then try the recirc, see what happens
