with this, everyone talks about changing the settings etc or leaving it at auto. Also mention different coloured lights and settings. How can you tell? Is it on the dash? I know the switch is near handbarake thats about it!

On my 05 the gauge is between the fuel and water, changes from auto to lock to all the different levels as you scroll the wheel, although it doesn't tell you what the split is front to back, you need to look at the manual for that. Don't know what it's like on a classic, i presume its the same. I just leave mine in auto, never used it once.

when u say scroll the wheel. what is the wheel?

the wheel down by the handbrake, scroll it forward for forward and back for.....
