headers, how much do they expiand
as above, if putting heat wrap on them, do the headers expiand (gt-spec)

Depends how tight the heatwrap was.. If the heatwrap is on o tight there is no room for expansion then logically yes!
Not sur ehow likely it is though that the heat wrap had no stretch in it!
