i have just changed my power steering pump because it was leaking oil. that leak has stopped from the top but now im loosing power steering fluid quite heavily but not sure where from

its not leaking from the top around the pump as no oil is dropping on the engine block or anywhere near there. all the oil is dropping on the floor from underneath the vehicle.

could it be power steering rack?? are there any other seals that i need to be aware of where power steering fluid could be leaking from ??

any kind of help would be great

 

its a subaru impreza sti 1997 by the way.

it could be a number of things,pipe loose or split from being disturbed maybe?

i think you need to jack it up and crawl underneath with a torch to locate the leak.
