Default Clutch problem

Hi everyone looks like i spoke too soon about all being well in the running dept!
Went out this morn and when i accelerated in 3rd 4th and 5th clutch seemed like it was slipping, revs go up but dont transfer power to the road.
The car still will stall in 1st with hanbrake on(old school test) which has got me scratching my head.
Has anyone had this problem and if its a clutch which is best replacement and who can do a good job? East Mids area, any comments/advice welcome thanks 4 looking.

I have this problem, it is definately the clutch, my car does it in 3rd - 5th.
I've been trying to get round to getting it done for some time now but still not got it done, hopefully next week.
