Default Amp next to ECU

Hello - I own a UK TURBO 2000 and have mounted a two channel amplifier on the plate that protects the ECU in the passenger footwell. The amp is facing out into the interior of the car, not right up next to the ECU.

The unit has a direct battery connection and a 30 amp fuse. The amplifier is driving small 150 watt speakers, two of, and wont be doing much work, ie not massive amounts of sound.

Will i risk buggering the ECU having another relatively powerful device in such close range?

shouldn't cause an issue, just watch your wiring as plate has sharp edges and is grounded to chassis
