Default STi resonator/front silencer removal

Can't find a conclusive answer by searching . Have an 03 sti ppp and am looking into replacing the mid section (with silencer) with a straight through section (H and S Scoobyworld). Does this need a re-map?

Note I am not after/expecting any power gains in doing this (assuming re-map is not required), more to release a bit more noise.

Cheers,
dnc

if it is only cat back you are changing then it will just be bolt on and go no map needed
