Default head gasket

hi guys
turned my car off let it cool right down, put new oil in it then let it run and drove off and all of a sudden i am getting lots of white clouds coming out of my exhaust. any suggestions? i think it's a head gasket can any one do one for a good price?

Previous threads say £700+ vat or thereabouts mate if that is the problem?. Whats the MY, spec and mileage?

its a 1993 with 72,000 miles

it might not be, have you put to much oil in it. one of my pals checked his dipstick and read it wrong (somehow) and poured about two liters in and smoke poured out of the back just like a headgasket. drained oil and refilled to correct level and all was fine

YEA DMPED ALL THE OIL OUT THEN PUT A LITRE IN AND IT STILL SMOKES.

Check under your oil filler cap for a mayonaise colour (due to water mixing with the oil) also check in your coolant while the engine is running if it bubbles then it's head gasket ( i think)??
