Default Closed deck block

How much should I pay for a good closed deck block. Been offered one and was wondering price I should give.

A simple bare block which might need a hone and certainly machining for a new crank will be about £200. Bought/sold mine for this figure late last year.

Ready to go they are about £450, bored they will be about £800 or less.
2.2/2.5 capacity will add more ££££

These are all 2 litres.
