Default Which plugs - Iridium or NGK Sevens ?

As above, on a modded Scoob (01 WRX) what would you use. Currently have std 6's.

Did a search, but found both NGK Iridium and NGK 7 plugs recommended.

What are you all using folks ?

I would use NGK PFR 7B every time at medium spec. I have first hand experience of Denso Iridium breaking up at high EGT. Others had a similar problem around the same time.

Thanks v much Harvey.

I understand NGK also do Iridium plugs. Are they any better than the Densos ?
Otherwise, will just go for the 7s.

I've used the iridium NGK 7's for the last three or four years, no problems with them in general or on track days etc.
I've heard the problems with other makes, Denso. But not with NGK.
