headlights
has anyone got the angel eye headlight conversion for a classic? i was looking at them and i think they may be brighter than the standard classic headlights which are very dim compared to other cars i have driven, but was just wondering if any one knows if they are brighter?

They can't be any worse, but I've not heard wonderful things about them
They aren't e-marked (AFAIK), so a poss MoT fail.
There have been instances of wiring loom melting.
There have been instances of early failure of the Angel Eye bit.
They are wired so as to have just ONE pair of lights lit at any one time, eg: dip, or main beam, whereas proper Morettes have TWO main beams lit.
