new,turbo,uppipe,injectors
i have a 51 bug eye with turbo back decat larger than sti topmount intercooler and a scooby clinic tek 3 remap running at 277 bhp was just going to change the up pipe but seen as i have to remap might as well get a few more bits on then do remap.
was wondering what turbo and injectors to use without blowing my engine or without changing any major engine parts.
i have a tdo4 turbo and i think the injectors are blue im going t change uppipe and headers and walbro fuel pump too then remap so any ideas about turbo and injector match up would really help thanx

as Tidgy says , you might get a bit more than 330 IF you want it to.
but
what BHP are you looking for ?
anymore than 350 then you'll have to look at stregthening other areas , like clutch, box, internals etc
i made just under 350 bhp with a vf34.

34 is roller bearing, 35 is the same turbo, none roller bearing and has a slightly smaler exhaust housing to keep its spool rate similar to vf34. the 34 is good for a few extra ponnies, but not alot.
or at least that how i understand it.
i've got just over 340bhp out of the vf34 on my classic uk turbo

I have fitted a VF35 (Ported) Turbo,Sti injectors, new headers, APS top mount, fuel pump and a full de-cat with re-map on a mates 01 Bugeye and his made 329 BHP with 330 lbs torque.
A tad laggy but when on boost it moves very well.
4th to 5th on his box started to crunch after while but i added some gearbox additive he supplied and it cured the problem, still on his original clutch at 60k miles as well.

If you go for a TD05 you need a front entry. Rugged turbo. Reasonable spool and some of them have made up to 350 bhp. VF34 would be a good choice for what you want and a VF35 is a little behind that but a good choice again.
Clear your in box mate and yes I do port headers and wrap them etc etc.
