about the £300 mark for a remap, but all depends on what other mods you have fitted to your car,
what car have you got,
drop a pm to jolly green monster, he is a master of apexi ecu's and mapping,

being a new to that car ecu, best to remap it from scratch imho hence the usual remap fees mentioned.. not advisable to fit a secondhand ecu to a different car and just tweak the map imho, unless of course the map was for the same setup and the same mapper is remapping it etc.
