Default white/grey smoke

i did a big mistake yesterday and left the ignition on for about an hour whilst i finnished fitting a front mounted intercooler, when i started it, it was smoking a white/grey colour, have i done something by leaving the ignition on or is there a problem with the intercooler, what does white/grey smoke mean, cheers phil.

I’m sure its fine, other than flattening the battery a little it wouldn’t cause any issues when fitting the intercooler, next time take the keys out

i will, it was a stupid mistake, but whats causing the smoke.

is it just condensation in the exhaust. does it go after a while of running?

no, i have had it up to temp and its still there, could a loose hose on the i/c make it smoke.

give it a good blast 20 mins so to much sure its not condensation with the weather the way it is tends to take a long while to clear
