Default Handbrake Warning Light

The handbrake warning light is staying on at the moment, but i'm not sure why.

The pads and disks have plenty of life on them, and the brake fluid is on the maximum level.

Any ideas why it'd be staying on? (The brakes do feel c**p at the moment)

If it's the handbrake light it's nothing to do with the fluid or discs pads.... there's a switch near the handbrake lever thats goes to earth when the lever is 'up'..... maybe it's broken, of the lever isn't going all the way donw....
