As above: these are model year specific so make sure you get one for the 99/00 Turbo.
Also, you should be asking yourself whether you need one; unless you're going for a) big power b) an FMIC, it's best to stick with the std arrangement and an uprated filter.
If it's a JDM model, I wouldn't fit one without taking the car to a mapper afterwards to make sure the car is still running safely....i fact, I'd personally do that even for a UK model.
