steering racks

I think you will find your current rack to be nearly 3 turns lock to lock.
There are 3 options:
1
Fit a rack off a New Age, faster but you will loose steering lock
2
Sti RA which is about 2.4 turns iirc
3
Sti RA Ltd which are mega rare and about 2.2 iirc.
I have the 2.4 one in my hillclimb Sti V3 and it is so good for quick driving in the bends, and great on a motorway.

Made me wonder, but if you asked if an early 911 RHD rack fitted a LHD 911 the answer is yes!
(same goes for the hilman Imp rack too..)
See, you learn something incredably valuable every day!

I think that the steering is offset in these a little more that an Impreza IIRC.
Still, made me smile though.
Anyway Graham, do you think that your quick rack makes much difference? How does it affect the 'feel'? I've always found the steering to be overlight and lacking feel.
