Default Engine check, please help.

Please can anyone help me out. I have a 94 version 2 WRX and in the past few months the odd time just after start up it would be a bit spluttery until warm then it would be fine. It did the same thing this morning but this time through up the engine check light.

Diagnostic tells me its the:

Idle air control solenoid
Oxygen sensor

The light has since gone off again. Is this something i should be really worried about or is it an easy fix?
The car only gets used once a week but i allways make sure i take it on a good run, but the problem started when it was being used as a daily driver.
If anyone could help me out i would really appreciate it.

I've just tried cleaning the idle air solenoid but the diagnostic still says its at fault. Do i need to reset the ecu to see whether i've fixed it?
Also i've noticed that my center section of the exhuast is leaking, would this have anything to do with it?
Now, instead of the oxygen sensor its reading the throttle position sensor.
