Default any one know where the fuse is for wing mirrors and cig lighter

Does any one know where the fuse is located for the electric wing mirrors and cig lighter / 12v socket for a type r year 2000?

sure do - its hidden by the pull down money box to the right of the steering column, underneath the water cooler rocker switches. If you remove the money box completely - just open it and pull towards you - you will see a bank of fuses underneath and the cig/mirrors fuses are in there.

I spent a whole weekend looking for it about 6 months back.

Should be a diagram on the back of the tray you pull out.

think its one of 2 20amps, so fairly easy to find. If not let me know and I have a look at mine over the weekend as I know which one i changed and I bought a couple of fuses to replace when it happened. Also as above, there is a diagram on the back of the money box which should explain it although its in japanese.

I did mine by running too many items of the cig lighter - tom tom, mp3 player and video for kids. Think 2 accessories is about it before the fuse goes pop.
