Hi. I've finally given in to my desires and am going to get an Impreza. I'm currently looking to buy a MY05 wrx sportswagon. The vendor, a 2nd hand dealer says that it has a PPP on it, but there is no paperwork to prove this. The only visual signs I can see are the stainless Prodrive exhaust and the blue pipe that sits under the intercooler in the engine bay. Not having driven a standard WRX, I don't know if it feels any more powerful.

My question is as follows - Are there any other ways of telling if it has a PPP fitted or finding out?

If its a UK car take the reg no / chassis number to Subaru and they'll tell you
