Default Boost Solenoid

I thnk its a 3 port Boost Solenoid i have on my 93 wrx... 1 hose at top and 1 at bottom side and 1 on the bottom.The bottom one isnt connectd to anythng and wondern if it shud be? Had car in bits and forgot if it was atached,cant seem to find where it should go if anywhere? Thanks

it fits to the canister after the maf, there should be a small pipe it fits too under the intake pipe,

top to compressor cover.. bottom side to actuator and bottom to air intake... or vent to atmosphere if you block off or change where it connects to

Bottom pipe should contain a brass restrictor on Pre96. Without it it will prbably overboost and cause fuel-cut

Anyone any pictures how it should look i cant seem to find where it goes...........
