Default Will it be broken now?

Chaps,

had a slight problem last night where by I came off a roundabout and lost traction. re-visited the spot and it appears to be covered in fuel/oil of some sort.

Because of this, I was heading straight for centreal reservation, but managed to control it and luckily the back wheel was the only thind that clipped the kerb.

Was about 30mph.
The result is one scuffed alloy, but I am more concerned about any lasting damage to the suspension etc? The wheel hit kerb side on. What's the likelyood anything is damaged? There are no obvioulsy knocks, scrapes, bumps etc. Not even vibration when driving (apart from when I drive over rizzla paper!).
I have noticed that the steering wheel is ever so slightly pointing to the right on the motorway, but reckn this could be down to the wife hitting a speed bump at 30 the other day (she says she never saw it ) and simply knocking the tracking out.

If I went to the council to complain, I bet they would just look at me and the car and think I was ragging it so I wont even bother trying to claim from them for the crap on the road

Any help or advice much appreciated

just had a 4 wheel alignment & geometery check and the rear needed to be adjusted. No big repair bills!
