Advice Needed
Took MY05 STI PPP on the rolling road today and was astounded with the results.
According to the PPP stats it should have been pulling 405 torque at 4000rpm, but mine was only pulling around 300 at 4000rpm and reached it’s highest at around 305 at 4400rpm.
The BHP according to PPP stats should be around 305 at 6000rpm, but once again mine was only at 288.1 at 6000rpm.
I have had the car from new and it came with PPP fitted. We have always used 99ron fuel in the car.
The car is completely standard apart from the PPP and has always been serviced when it should be, it has 20,000 miles on the clock.
Does anyone have any idea why there is such a difference in the PPP stats to what mine shown?
The car is still under warranty does anyone know that if I take it back would put it right for me or would they just laugh at me, my main concern is that it should do what it says on the tin, and in my case it does not.
Also has anyone else had the same problem?

Think you're getting your N-m mixed up with your ft-lbs. 400 N-m is about the same as 300 ft-lbs. PPP should be 300bhp/300Ft-lbs. RRs vary and figs are influenced by air flow and temps and PPPs rarely show claimed figs on RRs but work very well on the road where it matters. Don't worry, your figs are normal.
