Ideally with the 440s and the rest is fine however i wouldn’t bother with the fmic at that level.

If it's a classic on the slanty small intercooler then I would advise an upgrade to a larger cooler if you want 300BHP+. It doesn't have to be a front mount but either an aftermarket top mount (suitable for Pre96) or do the required work to get a 97-99 TMIC on there.
380's are at there limit just over 1.1bar.
So you would either need a pump and reg to up the pressure or change to 440's
To reliably get 300BHP+ you would need to be running 1.25bar+

i am just curious how you guys get so high figure on your wrx or sti? i am only getting 240hp at the wheels on sti v3 with the usual intake exhaust/FMI and APexi FC. i can confirm that the standard wrx only gets 150hp at the wheels and an sti around 180hp.

The above are flywheel figures while yours are at the wheel.
In my experience, with a Walbro pump, the 380 cc on a Classic will max out around 280bhp or just over. Several people have 380s running just over 300 bhp but I don't know how much the fuel pressure id bumped.
Again, referring to Classics, even 5s and 6s, charge temps rocket up beyond 300 bhp with any prolonged WOT so my findings are in line with Scott's.
