Default WRX OR STI

If anyone out there knows the answers to these questions, please spill the beans.
If you check my profile you will get the spec of my scooby. Ive checked the vin plate it comes back as a WRX V-LIMITED.
That ties up with the FIA badge on the boot and the front seats. Now this is were it gets fuzzy.

Ive got STI badges on the front wings.
The speedo cluster has an STI badge in the middle, the rev counter goes upto 9000rpm - never taken it passed 7000rpm
The front brakes are 4 pots, rears are vented.
The front wishbones are alloy.
The ecu is z4 with a mines badge on it.
There is a 3 port boost solenoid
There is a green label maf
There is a IHI turbo fitted - no codes stamped on it, told it might be an apexi one.

What else do I check to find an answer to this problem.

This is getting more confusing as I go alone:

Applied Model GC8C48D
Option Codes 65C
Engine type EJ20G DW5HE
Transmission Type TY752VB4AA

The Applied Model Code says its a WRX.
The Engine type Code says its a STI version 2 first production run
The Transmission Type Code says its a STI version 2 / 555

Just noticed the 65c code it means the colour of the car its meant to be blue. Mines white, ive lifted the carpets, checked behind the doorcards, underneath, bloody everywhere and its white.
Im starting to think, my vin plate is all messed up or someone is playing funny buggers. I know the car came in white or blue of the production line, but come on they must of changed the codes on the vin plate. But then again ive read post of others where there vins are messed up.
