Default upgrade advise please

i have a 2000 uk classic turbo
will a td05 go straight on? and will it make a big differnce?
ive also got a fuel pump from a 2002 sti. will this fit my car? will it make a difference?
basically, im looking for the most cost effective way of getting a relaible 300bhp.
thanks in advance.

ps all mine has at the moment is a dump valve and prodrive exhaust with sports cat.

Td05 will fit no problem, trouble is the map in the ecu you have is for a td04 and is not compatible with the turbo swap...... a remap of your current ecu with ecutek software is in order,or a stand lone item like an apexi.... not sure if the sti fuel pump is an uprated one over standard,a walbro 255lph pump is a good idea..... once the turbo and associated bits are fitted and set up it will be a noticable difference.
