Thats the new de cat i have brought

on the end going to the manifold it has the fitting bracket welded but the other end its just the 3" pipe, no bracket around it to fit to the HKS exhaust system ive also brought

is there somewhere i can buy a bracket to attatch the two together?

You might get a slip joint to flange conversion from H & S but I bet that the downpipe is bespoke for a particular system and will be the wrong length for an HKS.
The slip joint could be cut back and a 3" flange added, but if the downpipe ends in a female end of a slip joint then getting a tight weld may be a problem.
It needs a couple of hours at a garage to measure up and cut/weld parts or sell the decat and buy a flanged 3" d/pipe.
