JUST IN THE MIDDLE OF FITTING MY FUEL REG, CAN SOME TELL ME IS THE BOTTOM PIPE ON THE REG FUEL IN AND THE MIDDLE ONE OUT I NEED TO NO ASAP, AND WHAT PRESSURE TO SET THE REG TO,

 

you don't mention manufacturer or style of reg, but generally the regs have 2x opposite ports that are the feeds in to the reg, and the bottom of the "t" is the return to the tank.............
set to around 2.5BAR with vaccum attatched for something similiar to std set-up
