hi i am thinking of buying a 96 sti 555 jap import can anyone give me the spec of car

the guy sAYS it is a closed deck block with forged pistons and crankshaft and other stuff can anyone tell me if this is true

an sti should have forged pistons.

Closed deck block doesnt really matter anyway as plenty of people run over 400bhp with them and a few have done over 500nhp

Cranks are the same doesnt matter if it is sti or wrx. The only difference is the later cars have a different bearing layout (think it is v9 onwards)
