Hi just put a set on my 95 wagon all ok apart from the rev counter i followed the instructions and lifted it above the peg to let it rest marked it and put it back in the same place but it`s not playing sometimes sticking and sometimes not moving and seems as if no resistance like te rest help before the thing gets hit with the hammer..

 

you may need to try pushing the centre of the needle untill you hear a click or tey gently pulling the neddle then push it untill it clicks, happened to me on my old saxo
