is there anyone out there that can remap my import ecu?
my engine is a standard uk spec version 3, which is fitted in a rally car. i used the import ecu to remove immobiliser
i am nowhere near a rolling road, and was wondering could i send my ecu to someone to get a remap, just so its save to run on uk fuel and have limits raised!
any info would be great!

 

What ecu is it (normally they are a letter/number combination) or is it a remappable ecu?

 

from what you say sounds like you have a 97~98 3 plug which cannot be mapped.. need a replacement mappable ecu..
