Default What BHP can i expect from.....

Hi fellow scooby-netters,

Sorry for another how much “BHP” will I get thread, but your experience and thoughts would be greatly received as I don’t wish to cook another engine.

I’ve had the following bits and pieces lying around my house for the past 2 years and have finally decided to get them all fitted and mapped etc; I now have (or atleast think I do!!) all the pieces needed for a nice increase in BHP

The bits are as follows:-

Front mount I/C
Apexi induction + custom heat shield / box with cold air feed
Apexi AVC-r
Uprated fuel pump
Fuel pressure reg.
550 injectors
SC46 turbo
Magnecor leads
New plugs (can’t remember make)
Full 3” turbo back exhaust with sports cat.
Apexi power fc
And I think that’s it!!!!!

What power increase can expect to get from the above mod’s and more importantly what is a safe figure to stay at?? I’m not really into pub talk and would rather say I have a reliable 350bhp than say I had 420bhp…………. For a brief period!

The car is a STI type r ver 4

Also, what gap do I need for the plugs with the said bhp figures quoted?? Don’t want to get them fitted and then have remove them for adjustment.

Thanks very much in advance..

plugs need to be NGK PFR 7B gapped to 0.7mm or on the verge of needing 8s.

I would say the injectors getting to the max would be your restricting power figure point so late 300s to 400..
