What kind are you fitting? OEM layered steel ones or cheapo fibre jobbies from a motor factor?

My OE ones (Between head and manifold) have been on and off and then reused loads of times. No leaks though.

What headers do you have?

Shane,

It won't be the fault of the gaskets, the manifold flanges will be the problem.

They will need to be sorted, or you'll never get them to seal properly.

Mark.
