Hi, Basicly to cut a long story short i need an engine rebuild...
Im in Hertfordshire and am looking to spend about £6500 and get as much power back as i can. i just wondered if any of you knew a good place localy to get this done... i mean perfect touch is literally 2 mins away from me but the wait time is end of november... my other main option that i know of is ZEN performance but they are a little further than i would have liked to travel.
Any suggestions?

Go to someone who knows these engines, if Zen is within distance (plus they have an excellent reputation ) then go there

there is a good engine short block for sale in the for sale section by Conrad, it is a 2.1 built motor for about 2.1k Get someone to transfer your heads across to it, get a bigger turbo and a remap/remappble ecu and you should still have a bit of change for your 6.5k and have a strong powerful motor, or as Tony says go with someone who has a good reputation

 

I would look no further than RCMS mate, no one has a better reputation than Olly and Matt Clarke.
