The engine tickover on my 1994 wrx ra is sometimes as high as 2000 rpm and sometimes it is ticking over at its proper speed of under a 1000 rpm any ideas on why it sometimes ticksover at such a high rpm? I've made sure its not the throttle cable sticking.
