Default over heating. . .

hi i am new to the forum. i usually hang out at audizine. i have a 1.8t audi. but i also have a sub outback. and it overheated yesterday and when i turned on the heat to cool it down. all i was getting was cold air, and it was 85 outside. so i replaced the thermostat. i refilled the coolant but i don't know how to burp the system and get the air bubbles out. any help would be awesome.

i searched but could not find anything.

here is a pic of my audi.

its not really an impreza forum just the outbacks werent a common car but on the impreza best way to bleed was to undo the top header tank hose that goes to the rad i think then fill from the expansion tank, thats what i di when i replaced my rad, hope that helps but ive never seen an outback engine before.
