Default Cold air induction kit

Hi,

New to all this but I have an 04 WRX SL that has already been remapped along with a decat exhaust system fitted (by previous owner - receipts for work) and I'd like to fit a cold air induction kit along with a dump valve and my question is will I need a nother remap or is there enough tolerance within the remap to take the fitment of the induction kit

Sorry probably a stupid question but new to all this as have only owned it for 3mths

If your going to fit something like the aps or k&n typhoon then yes a tweak of the map will be needed. Price wise its best to go to the original mapper.

Deffo needed and subsequent maps are around £200.

lOOk into getting a cold air feed sorted at the same time. I used the Pipercross one (£30), colour-coded it and fit in the fog cover. (can see in View My Scooby).
