Default Idle boost?

Hey all,

What readings do you get on your cars for boost at idle? My car gets -0.8bar on an Autogauge gauge, where as my sons gets -0.6bar on his Defis.

What readings do you get?

According to the manual, the manifold reading at idle when warm should be less than -450mmHg which is about -0.6bar. The lower the reading the better i.e. the more negative the better.

However having a high idle speed will make the reading more positive.

I get about -0.6bar on a MY95 WRX RA.
