hi all what would be the next mods you would do to my type r

iv already got

full decat
equal lenght headers
fuel pump
earthing kit
bigger top mount ic
haltec piggy back ecu (from AET turbos)

iv also just uprated the disc and pads all round (mintex grooved disc and padgid pads)

the cars running 330 bhp and 320 lb torque


and if i get more bhp/torque would i have to do the clutch and box ???

Seems like good power if your running on standard fuel pressure and injectors? what boost pressure are you running?

hi mate, think it running 1.4bar

i was thinking of doing new cams/turbo/injectors/fpr
what bhp would this lot set me back and what bhp ??

Don't think you need to bother about cams until after 500bhp.

I have heard that the 3rd cylinder can be prone to destroying itself because of fuel pumps running lean.....

iv got a walbro fuel pump on and its running at 11% which is spot on,,

what injectors should i go for ??

I would purchase an oil cooler for reliability. Such as a Mocal 13 row or bigger if funds allow.

fmic and oil cooler on my list mate,,just need to know about injectors and fpr

im going to see howard at hdc subaru on thursday so ill have a word with him

550cc injectors should do you ok. Fuel Lab, SX or Aeromotive reg are the ones to go for.
