Default v bad judder

guys im in a bit of a panic I have got a very bad judder when pulling away and it's even worse when changing down and lifting up the clutch again, it's a very violent judder/banging that shakes the whole car, also the biting point seems a bit lower than before, the fluid hasnt been changed in a couple of years (minimum) would this give these symptoms?
Bearing in mind the hot weather and the location of the clutch fluid I have had judder from sitting in traffic befor but not as bad as this!
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
How do you bleed the clutch/change the fluid?

sounds like clutch judder, i had it on my sport, new clutch was fitted prior to me owning it, badly fitted and casued IMENSE judder like urs, whole car shook, exhaust rattled because of it etc etc,you could change the fluid, but as bad as it is,sound slike the plate/flywheel need changing, only way to really check is strip it.

start with a fluid replenish,cheap option 1st.

then,if still doing it, maybe a full throttle 7k redline launch, may help.

if none of that works, new clutch/possible flywheel or skim old one etc,ur choice money dependant.

Thanks for your help guys, I have been out this morning launching it santa pod style it seems to have improved quite a bit (nice smell of burning clutch)
when downshifting its no where near as bad pulling away in 1st is still quite bad but not as bad as it was, i did 4-5 8k launches with boost wound down to 1 bar to preserve gearbox, would you lot suggest i do a few more, it feels like the clutch is contaminated with something and it's starting to clear, intrestingly no slip at all from clutch, its an AP racing one so can handle a lot of power, it's been in the car for 30k miles with no issues at all until now!
ANY IDEAS?

ok i have now broken it
I cant change gear at all pedal got stuck on the floor so i pulled it back up with my foot but it still wont work, it feels like the clutch isnt releasing or something i have bled the system/main cylinder but as soon as you try to put it in gear it just grinds!
is it a new clutch or something more serious?

clutch,no doubt about it.
i did mean only do 1 redline launch,if any more is needed the clutch is foobard,as u have found out.

either the thrust bearing has gone or there just isnt enough plate left to do anything, although if the pedal went to the floor, its prob thrust bearing.

only way to really find out is strip it.

guys for got to mention the clutch is very heavy duty uprated itme, anyway i have managed to puch the release fork all the way in and it still wont go into gear, i also had a mettalic sounding rattle on the overun for quite a few months so im guessing that was the release bearing which i would imagine has now completely failed !
how much is a new one and is it worth doing the clutch and the plate and the flywheel etc or would they be o.k?

As the car has a P1 box will i need the 230mm clutch or the 225mm one?
The release bearing is knackered I think as it drove o.k then the bitting point hit the floor and loads of judder when lifting the pedal up was rattling loads for the last few months on the overun as well!
