if my car did 263.3 bhp at the hubs,,, on a hub dyno ,,,what would it be at the fly wheel

it depends on what loss % the dyno uses for the transmission.

I have a subaru legacy b4 rsk,does anyone know where i can get an engine with turbos cheap?

Well if you work on about 25% loss. Then about 340-350bhp
