hi all, my dick head of a brother has lost the only set of keys ive got for my 1993 wrx import. does any 1 know if these are a problem to get seing as its an import? im going to contact my local dealership tommorow. Any info would be much appreciated.

hi there not too sure about getting a new key from dealership but if you have problems gettin one from there if you look in yellow pages theres few companys who actually come out to your car gain entry remove one of locks and cut you a new key at the side of the road i had this done before and cost me about £125 and they normally come out the same day so probably quicker than getting one from dealer

 

Take the barrel or one of the door locks out and take it to a lock smith, they should be able to dismantle the barrel and read off the wafers, theres no factory imoboliser so an easy job..

I have a mate who is a mobile locksmith for Bucks/berks/hampshire/oxfordshire but he's not cheap!
