hi dose any one know if on my Ej20 engine if the cam followers are ajustable any help with thanks

9 times out ov 10 no there not, wots the year model etc

If you are talking about the Shim Buckets,then you will have Outer Shim Buckets(UK Spec) and it's easy enough to re-shim the Valve Clearances.
