3" exhaust turbo back

I assume this is a Classic.
440cc yellow will do the job but with high IDCs.
You have two fueling options, a fuel pressure regulator to lift the pressure or straight on to 550 cc injectors.
Your decision will be influenced by any future plans you may have, to stay at this power level or go for a bit more.
With all suitable mods your turbo may run to 350/360bhp and 550cc injectors can go well beyond that but 440s are at high IDCs well before that even when the pressure is uplifted.
Good choice of ECU. A Simtek on my STi 3 Wagon in place of the O/E ECU saw a power gain AND reduced IDCs.

550's. I had a 2.0 on 380 greys with a TD04, then changed to a VF35 and had to use 440 cc yellows to get the IDC down to a reasonable level, then just changed to a TD05 with the same yellows but an adjustable fuel pressure regulator running at 3.5 bar instead of 3.0. If I could have, I would have replaced the 440s with 550s.
