As above really, I always thought the OE ones were forged items and not cast and the early ra's.

My mapper told me I could only run 1.23 bar safely on this engine when I had my new ecu fitted a couple of weeks ago. But Andy F mapped it to 1.4 bar without any issues, it ran like that for over a year with no problems.

I know at lot depends on the age/condition of the engine etc but I would like to up the power a bit more from 310bhp it just made. It does seem a lot slower/more lagging since losing the apexi ecu and boost controller and going back to the OE boost controller....and the closing of the only of Optimax/Vpower outlet in my area has not helped as I had to get it mapped on 97ron

Could I run 1.4 bar safely again? and would 440cc injectors be on there limit or over it?.
