Default Under bonnet padding?

Does anyone know where i can get the padding which is attached under the bonnet as mine is pretty worn?? any help will be great thx!!

just take it off and leave it off,buff up underneath and have a clean under bonnet

Thanks for the info ppl

ive heard that without the padding that the paint strips or you get heat marks on the bonnet though

il try breakers 1st and c thx

if your engine gets hot enough to heat mark your bonnet then i suggest you get to a garage quick as it is on fire or seriously buggered.

Remember that the paint is baked on the car in the first place, and gets attacked by high level of UV in normal use all over the world. The 'heat mat' is really only for sound prooffing reasons.

yeah why would the bonnet paint strip, but not the inner wings as there painted and not covered, i dumped my under-padding and buffed the bonnet.

Looks far better and lets more heat escape which can only be a good thing less heat soak
