maf sensor cleaning?

is it wise to clean the maf sensor and are there any benifits any one done this cheers

id advise leaving it alone unless you suspect it to be playing up.

you got some cars int ya geeza thx ill leave it then just i read on here a while go some bloke cleaned it then got 90 miles on a run on a quarter tank of fuel
