when i was on the way to the nbo i was overtaking on the lanes when all of a sudden i lost power and it started to stutter, i could drive it till about 2500-3000 rpm before the stutter started,
i nursed the car to the nbo, and steve from cotcomp put it on his computer
the outcome was a knackered maf sensor!!!
not the best start to the day, but also found out the car has already been mapped before i got it so i dont need to pay the licence fee when i get mine remappped at a later date
got some anodised pulleys, 3 guage pod (boost, oil temp, oil pressure) so andy at scoobytecnix will be busy next week fitting them!

leemonkeh, if you car is still boosting fine you aint got to worry about checking the MAF senser. When the MAF senser fails you lose all boost and you struggle to reach 3k revs. first of all try cleaning the plugs and checking your coil pack, it is more than likely one of those two.
