Default Electric Wing Mirrors

Guy's,

I need to remove the mirrors from a set of electric wing mirrors I purchased earlier this year. How easy is to remove them? Is it a case of just yanking them off?

the mirrors are held from behind with 2 sticky tabs the outer plastic also wrapes round the edge
I got mine off by pouring hot water over mirror or use hair dryyer gently prized plastic away from mirror at top and slid a feeler gauge inbetween thenpullrd along to cut the pads should then come away easily
