what is max boost 1 bar ???

what is max boost 1 bar ???
hi ive just fitted a boost guage to a wrx import wagon and it only boosts up to 0.7 max and 0.3 on tick over is this correct? ive checked for air leaks but cant find any,

shouldnt have any boost on tickover, at ful power should be about 0.8

sorry mate my fault it - 0.3 on tick over, why dont these boost to 1 bar as many do?

wont get 1 bar if its standard mate, 0.7 /0.8 is about right

you should have negative boost i.e a vacuum on idle.

ive got the same on my wrx saloon, but that boosts to 18psi been like it 2 years been ok
